Amazing stay, the building has a charm worth experiencing. Hotels.com should update the Google maps link, as when selecting the directions using the app sent us to a farm in the middle of nowhere 10miles away from the property

Quiet atmospheric hotel for short stays

Atmospheric quirky hotel. Retains convent feel. Nice staff; good restaurant at night. Note it doesn’t do breakfast but good cafe nearby. No reception before noon. Good base for Bilbao - on commuter line to central station , one hour trip with regular trains .

Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try ...
