Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bus stop "Lubmin Seebad" 9 km.
3-room house 75 m2. Bright, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
