Idyllic apartment near the beach on the Greifswalder Bodden

Our apartment is about 40m² in size, was partially renovated in 2019 and is modern. In the cozy living room (with sofa bed) you can end an eventful day of vacation very nicely or just escape from everyday stress and relax. There is also a bedroom (2 beds), a kitchen (with seating) and a bathroom with shower and toilet in the apartment. The access to the apartment is via a staircase, which is secured by a stair gate for children. The apartment is separate with its own terrace, garden furniture, parasol and a grill. There is a playground and sunbathing area on the terrace.

Sehr gemütliche und saubere kleine Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung roch es angenehm frisch. Wir hatten das Gefühl, das sich vom Ausbau bis zur Nutzung viele Gedanken gemacht wurden. Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist geschickt aufgeteilt und sehr modern ausgestattet, liegt über zwei Garagen und hat keinen Kontakt zum Wohnhaus. Im Treppenhaus steht ein Regal für Schuhe und am Treppenabgang ist ein Kindergitter angebracht. Die Betten sind schön bezogen und im Bad liegen für jeden Handtücher und ein Waschhandschuh. Für den ersten Tag im Urlaub sind viele helfende Dinge vorhanden, die gerne beim Packen vergessen gehen aber sehr helfen unbesorgt in den Urlaub zu starten z.B.: verschiedene Gewürze, Salz, Zucker, Kaffeefilter, Tee, ein Geschirrhandtuch, Spülmittel, Spültücher, Toilettenpapier, Duschgel, u.v.m.. Der Platz zum Draußensitzen liegt im gepflegten Garten und ist durch eine Hecke gekonnt separiert. Hier haben wir gerne gesessen, gespielt und gegessen. Frau Schur hat uns sogar mit selbstgeernteten Tomaten überrascht. Buchung und Absprachen waren einfach und zuverlässig und die Gastgeber stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und könnten uns gut vorstellen noch mal zu kommen

Gegend und Ferienwohnung war ganz nach unserem Geschmack:-) Die Wohnung ist klein und fein. Kein Vermieter kann für bescheidenes Wetter. Davon gab es ausreichen! Dann ist leider alles verstopft und Dauerstau zu allen Ausflugszielen.
