Welcome to Zone 2 of Logan`s well-sought-after Casa Cliffside! Spacious downstairs flat with just under 1700 square feet of living area.
This building is split into two private upper and lower-level homes. You will have secure access to the lower level only, including two off-street parking spaces and the backyard. Tenants reside above. *Garage is not included

The unit features a separate, dedicated office space, free Wi-Fi, and a private backyard, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring all that Logan has to offer. Thoughtfully equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, memory foam mattresses, and complimentary toiletries, this unit ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located in the front entrance doorbell and the side of the home. Important Details: PARKING: Two driveway parking spots are available. Parking will be tandem style and located on the side closest to the main front entrance. Street parking is limited. The downstairs tenants have exclusive access to the garage and will need sufficient space to enter and exit.
