"We did not realize that the property was being renovated, and the room was extremely dirty. I picked a Hampton because I felt they were usually clean and up to date. This was not! And to add insult to injury I was charged a pet fee of $75 for one night! I don’t think my 6lb dog could have made the room any dirtier. I will not be staying at a Hampton again."

"We arrived and were told that the elevators were not working. We were asked what floor we wanted. We asked for the first floor and she said it was full. She gave us a room on the second floor. We got to the room and it was a handicapped room. The carpet was dirty at the edges, the only outlet in the bathroom was dead, the shower floor was slick while taking a shower, no bath wash and the rack holding the bottles were broke, the floor by the toilet has sprinkled white flecks on the floor by the toilet (possibly plaster dust, the shower chair did not look clean, part of the baseboard by the shower was missing, the desk employee was never at the desk (we had to wait and ring the bell), the carpet in the hall was stained or dirty with a white liquid, the hot tub was broke, we called for a blanket and when the front desk clerk brought the blanket she was winded and a bit aggravated that she had to bring a blanket up. Nothing special about the breakfast; same each morning. The hotel was not maintained properly. We are both in our 70’s and we would not go back to this hotel."

"The room was clean but, they didnt do room service will we stayed. "Breakfast " it was just cereal, yogurt and they had a waffles maker. The rooms are ok but theres some furniture that needs to be refurbished. Overall if you go like we did just to sleep for two days its ok."

"Staff were very friendly, hotel had a clean smell when walking in and throughout. Room was clean, comfortable, and had a good amount of counter space in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. No complaints, was a great stay."

"We liked the pool. Nice and long, warm and clean. open 7 am to 11pm. The breakfast was also good. Bed was good. Areas that needed improving: Carpet in our room was somewhat smelly. Could have used a good shampooing. No coffee maker in room, only one drinking cup, No bags in room. Hot tub in pool area, either needed to have the water changed, or more chlorine as the water had a green tint to it. Cranberry drink in breakfast area was watered down to a point it had no taste."

"The entire property was well maintained and the rooms were clean and very spacious. The only thing that I did not like is the bathroom sink and the sink by the fridge had no cold water but not a big deal"
