"Parking is limited but easy to get too. Linen nice and clean, towels and bedding. Tea and coffee provided in room. Only problem is that twice we have visited the hotel recently and had problems with the shower, no cold water therefore water was too hot, and previously shower handle broke off. First time another room was provided, second time offered a change of room or a room for a shower, staff offered a solution. All staff very friendly. "

"I booked this property 6 months before my trip and Ivana the owner host was responsive to messages and helpful answering my questions. I never received checking in info so i contacted the seller via the app and the phone number given. No reply and no return calls. "My room was facing in to the shopping centre, which meant it was very noisy and there was “elevator music” being played constantly that I could hear. I couldn’t open my window because of the noise and I could t even open my curtains as there’s a restaurant directly opposite! The air conditioning was non existent. There was also no gym, but one was mentioned when I checked when booking. Bar prices were also extortionate - £16 for a whisky and coke! "

"Quebecs is a beautiful hotel in a historic building that is full of charm. The staff is fabulous, going out of their way to make guests comfortable. I was hoping to stay in a room that I had stayed in on a previous visit that I had fallen in love with and they went out of their way to help me identify the room and put me in it again for this stay. There is also a wonderful French restaurant in the basement. "
