"My husband and I fell in love with this hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly. All spoke English. We had a junior suite and we had access to the executive lounge. Everyday there was new food to snack on and fully stocked drinks that were free with the room. Also our mini fridge in our room was free too. The breakfast was off the charts good. Everything you can think of was available. They even had a chef ready to prepare omelets, fried eggs, etc as you order it. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. It is in walking distance to everything. 👍😀"

"High-grade 4 star hotel. Lots of personal touches that make it feel like a 5 star experience. Room was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent English language skills. Used Sauna and Steam Room. Both were clean and worked well. Lots of options at breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Vienna. "
