Very nice hotel and location. Only issues were the WiFi and bed size/layout. The nice lady at the desk mentioned the WiFi doesn’t work with iPhones, which seems odd, but sure enough, did not work with either of our phones, so disappointing if it is a known issue. Also, the bed was pushed against the wall, which made it hard to sleep with an already smaller than normal double bed. Plenty of space in the room for it to be turned another direction.

Even though we could only partially convince you during your last visit, we would like to thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. We take every guest feedback as an opportunity to do better in the future. We strive hard to make every stay enjoyable, so we would like to sincerely apologize for not being able to fully meet your expectations this time. Our studios in the boardinghouse have a room size between 24-30 quatrad meters. Since we would like to make the rooms all containable and at the same time provide enough space in all rooms, the beds in our studios are aligned with the wall. We will be happy to offer you during your next stay one of our Classic Rooms of the same price, which is located in our main house and is equipped with a bed with a total size of 180 x 200 meters (2 separate mattresses). Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Despite the inconvenience, we would be happy to welcome you again to convince you otherwise on your next visit. The best hotel in Lörrach
This is the best hotel we stayed during our 2 weeks trip. We came home to visit our family and got really good rest and service. I will stay here whenever we come home again.

Super close to train station. Right across the street. Helpful walking map as well as yrain pass back to Basel. Wedding expo was going on when we arrived. Comfy duvet, shower right next to bed with see through partition. Warming rack excellent to hand wash as necessary x

Didn’t like location or the boarding house (terrible) but the bar was very enjoyable and busy which is surprising in a small town.

Excellent Hotel
A great one night stay in this amazing hotel. Took us by suprise when we saw the room. So clean, and organized and we had a good view outside our hotel vindow. It had everything we needed, hairdryer, coffemaker, fridge ect. It is possible to park the car right outside the hotel. We got breakfast included to our stay, all in all a superb hotel with helpful staff!

Excellent hotel & will go back, staff are all friendly & helpful, had a superior room which is better than the pictures show but chose to down grade to a standard room with a balcony which is also better than the pictures show & very comfortable, balcony was great. Dinner from the restaurant was nice & breakfast offers everything you could need. Free transport card is great, I had my car but just left it parked & used the bus & train to black forest, Rheinfelden, Basel, Schaffhausen. Train station is across the road from hotel, City is 5 minutes walk from hotel with lots of nice bars serving food. Dinner & drinks in hotel is fairly priced.

The location is right across the railroad station. The hotel gives you a free transit card for the entire stay. Breakfast had plenty of options. The rooms were clean and very modern.

Crisp and modern
Rally nice, modern hotel. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is superb. Staff are welcoming and helpful. A good place to stay if you are visiting Basel or the lower Schwarzwald.

Hotel was very nice. Rooms clean and very modern. Parking easy with ample spaces, very secure. Reception is understaffed. Only one person working desk, very long waits to check in and check out. This overrides all the positives of the property.

Very good value and quality...
I like this hotel. The location is very convenient for travel. You have to walk a bit to get to the town but this place is ideal for me. The brewery nearby is perfect for food and good quality and cost. Breakfast is a bit limited and expensive but adequate.

Awesome views from rooms. Great architecture. The gym also has great views of the surrounding area, as it is on the 20th floor. The breakfast is also pretty good.

Nice but some staff let it down
Clean, comfortable hotel of a very high standard apart from the reception staff who checked us in. All European guests only need an I.D. when they check in but if you're British then according to him, you need to show your passport! No tea in the rooms but plenty of coffee. If you ask for a tea bag instead of coffee, like I did, you have to pay for it! Never have stayed in a hotel, whether upmarket or otherwise, where they charge for a tea.

Buen hotel, bien ubicado.
El hotel es muy bueno, su personal es amable, además ofrece bobos de descuento para uso del Bahn. Permite mascotas. No obstante, no es recomendable solo por una noche por su precio, sería para descansar por más tiempo. Lörrach está cerca a Basilea y esto hace que se dedique tiempo al turismo y no a aprovechar los recursos del hotel. Sería mejor si el costo del parqueadero estuviera incluído.
