"When we first checked in, the room, we had had a nonworking fireplace and although the maintenance guy tried to fix it, he wasn’t able to. So they moved us to another room upstairs, which was roomy and clean and had a nice balcony. The front desk people were very accommodating as well. I only complaint was that the neighbors next-door were very loud after 10 o’clock, but it was just one of the two nights so we were there so overall we had a great experience"

"Clean room, we were able to get clean towels from the cleaning staff. And we enjoyed dining in the restaurant. The only problem in our room was the light in the bathroom sink area flickering like a strobe light. We weren’t able to use it as much as we would have liked.
