Kölp - Hanna - Holiday home Hanna

Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bike rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located "House of the guest" are the spa administration and a library. This newly built in 2017 holiday home offers all the benefits for a relaxing holiday in the seaside resort Loddin. The holiday home is spacious and offers ample space for up to six people. Idyllically located in a small residential area, it is surrounded by the forest and offers relaxation seeking peace and seclusion.

Holiday home Hanna:
The newly built in 2017 holiday home is idyllically situated on the edge of the forest. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. On the ground floor of the house there is a comfortable living room with couch corner and fireplace. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped. A dining table with seating for 6 people is also available. From the living room you can step onto the spacious sun terrace, which surrounds half the house. A bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna can also be found on the ground floor. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds) and the bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. A linen package for 10.00 € per person can be booked. The landlord will contact you to issue the Kurkarten for you. There is a deposit of € 50.00. This is to be transferred with the final payment and will be returned after checking the apartment within 7 to 14 days.

schönes sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus

Das Haus ist neu und sehr ansprechend und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt in einem klenen Kieferwäldchen , sehr ruhig. Man hat eine Terrasse mit viel Sonne. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, reagiert umgehend und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Einziger Punkt zur Verbesserung wäre Bettwäsche aus Baumwolle ;)

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön am Wald und ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub mit Kindern braucht. Wir können das Haus "Hanna" weiter empfehlen!

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Wunderbare Lage. Freundliche Vermieter. Es war einfach alles toll.

Das Haus war ein super ordentlich und sauberes Haus. In perfekter Lage. Es war nicht weit zum Strand. Es war alles noch besser als wir es eh schon erwartet hätten.
