"The staff were very nice. There was a gap all the way around our door. The heat took about 3 hours to warm the room up enough for us to take our coats and hats off. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes and then it cooled off rapidly. The TV remotes didn’t work on the TV in our room. Overall, it was a disappointing stay. "

"I had done a pre check in online, but when we got there, check in was the same as always. Not sure what the pre check in did! The clerk was efficient, but difficult to understand. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very limited."

"The staff was nice when you walked into the room the surface look really nice, but the sheets had stained dirt on them. Those need to be thrown away and you had to stay completely under the showerhead to get water to come out of it. There was no pressure at all. Otherwise it was not a bad place to stay for a couple nights."
