"Room wasn't cleaned well beforehand. Lots of debris on the floor including a some broken glass shards from what might have been a pipe. Additionally the bathroom shower/tub drain was clogged with visible dirt and debris left behind. Although the room was non-smoking, it still smelled of stale cigarettes."

"The property was under construction, which caused a bit of chaos, but was manageable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was more firm than I like, but that's a personal preference thing. The smart tv only had netflix and YouTube on it, with no way to add other streaming services, which was disappointing. The building security was cumbersome to deal with. Guests can only access the floor their room is on. My party was split between two floors, making it unnecessary difficult to coordinate our activities and spend time together. The bar/restaurant in the hotel had decent food and very good coffee, but was very loud. I'll give them a bit of grace for the noise as it was St. Patrick's Day weekend and it's an irish pub. We were very disappointed to discover that the pub doesn't open on weekdays until 11 am, so there is no way to get coffee or breakfast without leaving the building. Unrelated, but good to know: there's a Wawa convenience store around the block for buying drinks and snacks. It saved us when we needed coffee and a quick breakfast."

"I was traveling for work and stayed here over night. This was by far the dirtiest, most run down hotels I have ever seen, even in places like SF and Portland. From the start, the shuttle driver was so rude and would hang up on my calls. I arrived and the toilet was clogged, the shower tub was still littered with the previous guests hair and soap residue. I truly doubt they cleaned the room. The carpets had residue, which tells me it was not vacuumed in a long time. The hotel hallway was the dirtiest hallway I’ve seen, even in college. I wanted to call the front desk, when I grabbed their phone, I realized it was completely disconnected. "
