"Great hotel with amazing breakfast and all staff was super friendly. Only item to improve is parking as the hotel relays on public parking and their rules. No flat rate for the stay you get in and out multiple times a day, you pay potentially twice the day rate. "

"Comfortable quiet hotel. Located out of town up a steep hill a little out of town so as we were on a bike and didn't feel like riding back down the hill and into town had to have the buffet dinner as well as the breakfast at the Hotel. Beds were comfortable and is in a quiet location."

"The hotel is part of a budget chain of hotels. The room smelled like there had not been deep cleaned for a while and the shower head was dirty. We booked at short notice so we were just grateful to find a room for the night."

"Service im Hotel war gut, exzellentes Frühstück. Bei einer Zimmerreinigung gehört auch der Balkon dazu. Auch wenn immer noch rege Bautätigkeit in Bad Neuenahr herrscht, könnte der Balkon von Zimmer 150 wöchentlich eine Reinigung vertragen. Im Bad ist der Seifenspender am Waschbecken mit Panzerband befestigt. Hier sollte die Haustechnik Abhilfe schaffen.
