We had a great week in Craobh Haven, a peaceful retreat with wonderful activities in the area. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and want, rain or shine.
We had a great time. Its a huge house, perfect for large families or several families. Large balcony w a great view over the bay. Enough space to eat together and enjoy the chimney fire in the living room. The table tennis is a big plus.
Thanks for the stay!
A wonderful place, magical views. The place was clean, well stocked, and we loved every minute of it. We could seriously spend the entire day outside on the balcony - and we did. The weather was magnificent. It seems like the area has its own weather ecosystem - a bit warmer than the rest of the surrounding area. 🙂 truly a great family friendly place!
We loved our stay- the house has amazing views over the marina, across to Mull and to Jura. It’s our 4th visit to the area and this was definitely the nicest house we have stayed in.
It’s very spacious, relaxing, modern, well equipped, comfortable and clean.
Did I mention the views?
Very hard to leave.
The view was breathtaking and the house was beautiful. Comfortable and spacious rooms for group gathering and large comfortable bedrooms for private time. Home was very clean and beds and bedding very comfortable. Even took time for a table tennis match last night there. Thank you!
You could stay on that balcony for ages , a stunning ever changing vista! When the weather is wild the views are still fabulous and moody. The dining room a stunning setting for a small family celebration and the well equipped kitchen makes cooking easy. Very comfortable house & we enjoyed the family table tennis competition! Thank you
Excellent property, very quiet location with truly spectacular views. Easy communication with owner and minor problem with heating sorted immediately. Although the weather does not form part of the contract, we only had one day of rain. Only advice is - don't follow the last little bit of sat-nav route unless you are in something like a Hummer! (There is a sign at the entrance to the 'track' to this effect)
Excellent large home located in very quiet coastal village. Local eateries don’t appear to be open. Closest grocery is 30 minutes away in Oban. House is well equipped and the area is quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had fantastic views. The beds were very comfortable, and the large windows made very room enjoyable. We highly recommend staying at this property.
You only need to read previous reviews about this house, location and hosts, i can add no other words of praise..
This house will make your holiday, so make sure you have plenty of activities planned to drag you away..
We appreciated the stay in the wonderful cottage very much. Everything was perfectly clean and we found ourselves in a very comfortable accommodation. The surrounding and the view over the haven and the sea is stunning. Thanks to the kind instructions of Gillian’s - we found everything quite easily.
We really enjoyed our stay. To make things even better May I suggest new fluffier towels, cotton bed covers and adjustable heating controls in the house.
