"I booked a double bed room in June 2025, changed to double twin bed room in September 2025 with confirmation, and received a small double bed room. Ownership changed in February 2026, new owner told me not to received change of booking, stayed 9 days, received for 3 days extra room."

"Just spent a wonderful 12 days at Airidh an Dobhrain. The accommodation is perfect small and quaint from the outside but extremely well equipped inside..full kitchen with everything you could need..comfy lounge with real fire and TV (if u should need it) comfy bedroom and modern bathroom with amazing shower.The real star of the show is outside isolated but not too remote..theres a co op and garage 2 miles away. Situated on small loch gives amazing views and plenty of wildlife, we had Eagles, hen harriers ,sparrow hawk, divers and deer amongst many others.Benbecula is an ideal base to explore the islands being pretty central. Hope to return 1 day"

"The house was sparkling clean, even the unnecessary clutter (empty bottles, shells, plastic flowers) were clean. Kitchen was functional lots of utensils but cupboards full of personal things. The bathroom was functional plenty of hot water. Parking okay, we just needed to park away from bank. The steps leading up to the house were dodgy, probably need levelling up. The host was amazing and gave me lots of information and the views were stunning. We had a superb week on Barra the house is perfectly placed for walks, ferry, airport fab café, beaches, woodland walk and much more. "

"Very much enjoyed our 3 generations stay at Altabrug. Have visited family in South Uist for many years but never ventured down the Stoneybridge road. Bikes hired from Lochboisdale and delivered to the door helped us explore the area during some lovely weather. The cottage had large windows throughout which allowed us to enjoy the views and the wildlife. Our wee dog enjoyed the freedom around the cottage and loch."
