"Everything was fantastic.. my only complaint was that after day one our room wasn’t cleaned, and it was only when I called down to the front desk to find out why that they informed me that they only clean if requested which was not communicated at check-in.

"Our granddaughter was a trauma patient at Children’s Mercy after a tragic accident This hotel is 4 minutes away. This allowed us to be close to the hospital while still getting some rest. It also allowed our son and daughter in law to go to the hospital for a shower and well needed rest. Front desk staff was very understanding and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Hubby said their eggs are the best he’s ever had at a hotel. "

I gave a 4 on property condition only because the carpet needs repair in one spot, just needs replacing.
Everything else was great. Probably my favorite hotel that we’ve stayed in lately.

"We had a great stay at the Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza. The location is fantastic—right near the Plaza area, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. It’s a great spot whether you’re visiting for business or leisure.
