To visit Locarno there is nothing better than to start from its heart: stay in LOCARNO CITY APARTMENT 1, in the centre just a few steps from the lake and the Piazza Grande!

This lovely studio welcomes you with a cosy living room, consisting of the dining area, with a table for 2, and the TV area where you can relax after a day of sightseeing, with a comfortable sofa that opens into a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). There is also a wardrobe for storing your apparel. From here you have access to the balcony, furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the mild Ticino climate: there is space for an aperitif in the open air, sipping a delicious wine of the region!
The kitchen is separate, small but equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.
The bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
Free Wi-Fi available. 
Smoking is strictly prohibited. 
Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

The apartment has a reserved car park a few minutes from the accommodation. (max dimensions: L:4.80m, W:2.3m, H:1.90m)

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 
An email with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

Locarno is one of the pearls of sunny Ticino, bathed by the gentle waters of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is located just 200 metres from the lake, in the centre, in an area served by supermarkets, bars and restaurants for all tastes.
The famous Piazza Grande, where the world-famous Pardo Film Festival is held every year, is a 5-minute walk away. For lovers of history and art, in 10 minutes walk you can reach the Castello Visconteo and the Casa Rusca Municipal Art Gallery. For an unforgettable view, reach the Sacro Monte Madonna del Sasso on foot or by taking the funicular.
On foot, in a few steps you can reach the Motta lakeside promenade that continues on Viale Verbano, towards the beautiful park that runs along the lake, the beautiful Seepromenade Locarno Muralto.
From here there are also numerous boats to the main tourist resorts on the lake, such as Ascona and the Brissago Islands. The Lido of Locarno is 1 km away.

How to arrive:
By car, from the A13 motorway take the Locarno exit and continue for about 1.5 km to the apartment building.
By train, from Locarno station walk about 8 minutes to the apartment, or take the bus N.1 / N.7 / and get off at the bus stop "Locarno, Debarcadero".
