Visit beautiful Locarno just a stone\'s throw from its Lido, staying in SUITE PARCO LAGO! This modern apartment, furnished with taste and creativity, is located within a newly built building in a quiet residential area.

The large and bright living room is composed as follows: an area with a sofa and TV in which to rest and read a book; a dining area with a round dining table for 4 people, in front of the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need; a space with a second sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.).

From here you can access the large terrace, where you can enjoy the mild Ticino climate in different seasons, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa.

The bedroom is a double bedroom, with a large closet to store your entire wardrobe.

Finally, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer for private use concludes the apartment.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Parking is private in the condominium garage.

This charming apartment is in a fantastic location, and because of this it offers the unique opportunity to experience Locarno at its best: it allows you to stay in the tranquility of nature, but at the same time to quickly reach any service: clothing stores, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. 

With just a few steps you can access the 1.5-km-long Percorso Vita and the Parco della Pace; a short distance away is the world-famous Locarno Falconry; skirting Lake Maggiore to the south is the Parco delle Camelie; Piazza Grande, the main square that hosts the most stores and, in August, the Locarno Film Festival, is only 1.2 km away. 

To reach what is perhaps the best attraction of all, the Lido di Locarno, on the other hand, it is only a five-minute walk. Inside, one can enjoy indoor and outdoor swimming pools, water slides, fitness activities, and a lakeside park.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A13 motorway, take the Locarno exit and set your GPS: in a few minutes you will arrive at the apartment.

By train, from Locarno station you can take a 20-minute lakeside walk to the flat. Alternatively, take bus no. 3 in the direction of \"Locarno, Delta Maggia\" for 4 stops and get off at \"Locarno, Lido\". In 3 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment. Also, take bus no. 4 in the direction of \"Locarno, Residenza Lido\" for 7 stops and get off at \"Locarno, Sacra Famiglia\". In 5 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.

Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinem Mangel

Super schöne Wohnung, wie auf den FotosRuhige Lage, allerdings hat das Abwasserrohr auf dem großen Balkon so laute Dauergeräusche verursacht, dass wir das beanstandet haben. Leider konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden.Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Wir kommen gerne wieder
