This property was very clean, organized and the staff was exceptional! Their hospitality was something I have never experienced before. From the moment we checked in until we checked out it was amazing. Will recommend to anyone.

What impressed us most wasn’t the amenities, but how naturally restful the entire space felt.

I booked this hotel because it was advertised as having a spa. Unfortunately it's been closed since covid....fortunately there were excellent spas nearby. My main grip was that the hotel was essentially all beige. Certainly some colors would help add to it's esthetic appeal. While my room, like the lobby, was all beige, I did like the layout. I even had a bit of a view. The restaurant was unappealing from a design perspective...again it's beige. I also found the food to be uninspiring...this includes the breakfast. But there's many excellent restaurants nearby. The location was excellent. Close to the Opera and other key attractions. I didn't visit the pool area or gym.

Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were extremely polite and welcoming. Front desk were very kind to arrange an early check-in without additional charge. The hotel is in a great location on walking street, so you are not far from many shops, restaurants, tourist sites etc.
