"Kara was an excellent host and the property was perfect for exploring the area. We loved being halfway up the mountain for some cooler nights and mornings. It was very easy to get to Taos Ski resort area for some excellent mountain biking. Outstanding hikes to Lobo peak (12,100ft) were literally right outside the front door."

"The place is nice and location is excellent. However sheets were dirty and blinds are a challenge. Hot tub was not clean. Host was responsive and helpful. I feel the sheets were a one off oversight. Otherwise, a great place and value. We would return."

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo that felt tucked away, but also convenient! Everything was clean, well furnished, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Each of our two kids had separate sleeping areas and their own bathrooms, which is always best. The fans provided definitely helped with the one warmer evening we had. We enjoyed waking up in the morning to the fresh, cool air pouring in the windows. Absolutely no complaints!"

"The cabin is right off the road about a mile before you get to the ski village. It’s peaceful and spacious. You can hear the river running just across the road. The room with the foosball table and two beds is detached from the main house so if you need extra quiet there’s somewhere to go. The property was clean, the hot tub was clean. The main bed is firm which I was very happy to discover."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Taos Ski Valley and felt it was the perfect fit for our family. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and memorable experience. Everything is truly top-notch, from the well-appointed kitchen and tasteful décor to the high-quality bedding and furnishings. It feels more like a luxury retreat than a typical vacation rental.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, and the location is both peaceful and convenient. It’s close to excellent hiking, just five minutes from the base of Taos Ski Valley Resort, and about 30 minutes from downtown Taos.While we would have enjoyed a bit more seclusion for a summer getaway, but the easy accessibility is likely a major advantage during ski season. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, would gladly return, and highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the Taos area."
