Schönes Objekt, aber ...

Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und liegt in einem Feriengebiet. Auch der zugehörige Strandbereich ist schön. Allerdings ist es umständlich das Boot zu nutzen. Es muß jeden Tag zum Strand und zurück transportiert werden. Das größte Ärgernis ist jedoch die Nebenkosten Abrechnung. Da keine Übergabe bei An/Abreise erfolgt ist es ratsam die Zählerstände selbst zu dokumentieren. Eine schriftliche Abrechnung erhält man nur auf Nachfrage und die ist dann auch großzügig ausgelegt. Der werden aus 600 Liter Wasser gleich mal 1500. Wenn man schon extra Nebenkosten berechnet sollte man dies auch exakt tun.

Es ist ein schönes Ferienhaus, wie schon andere angemerkt haben, könnte es etwas mehr Geschirr geben. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Die Bäder sind sehr schön. Geschockt waren wir über die Abrechnung. sind Donnerstag nachmittag

Leider zu kurz, hier ist es trotz Sommerhaus am See auch im Winter sehr schön. Kamin und Sauna sind genau das was man hier im Winter braucht.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Das Haus ist schön und modern eingerichtet, es fehlt für 4 Erwachsene allerdings Geschirr und Gläser (Wein und Bier).Der private Strand liegt über die kleine Straße, etwa 200m vom Haus entfernt. Da wir das Boot jeden Tag zurücktragen mussten, haben wir es nicht benutzt. Zum Fahrradfahren hat das Haus eine schöne Lage.

Hochwertiges Ferienhaus

Das Haus und auch der dazugehörige Garten sind sehr gepflegt, freundlich und hell. Das Haus selber ist puristisch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die verbaute Haushaltstechnik ist modern und auf hohen Niveau. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen es weiter. Einen Stern weniger gibt es, weil der Strand- und Badebereich viel mehr Potenzial bietet als im Moment vorhanden. Alles in allem fanden wir unseren Aufenthalt gut und kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt. Klasse Lage, wunderschönes Objekt, Sauna im Außenbereich das iTüpfelchen. Leider war das Objekt an der ein oder anderen Stelle nicht sauber genug (Rollos und Fenster im Terassenbereich, Fußböden).

Wir hatten leider kein so schönes Wetter. Umso besser, dass wir so ein schönes Ferienhaus mit eingezäunten Garten hatten. Wir, unsere Kinder und unser Hund haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen.

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit toller Lage am See. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, eine sehr hundefreundliche Gegend. Der Betreuer vor Ort ist auch sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Ein Pünktchen Abzug gibt es dennoch. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist recht knapp bemessen, bei 2 Personen gerade ausreichend . Die Badestelle ist sehr zugewachsen, wenig Liegefläche und wurde leider erst am vorletzten Tag etwas gemäht, da hatten wir schon Schrammen vom sehr scharfkantigen Gras. Zum Spazieren mit Hund muss man recht lange durch die heiße Sonne, durch den angrenzenden Wald gibt es leider keine Wege. Und wir konnten nachts leider nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen, da es aus dem Ort ( nicht der Ferienanlage) wirklich stundenlanges Dauergebell gab. Zusammenfassend ein 4,5 Sterne Haus in einer 3,5 Sterne Gegend.

Erholsame Reise

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Der Gastgeber trat uns freundlich gegenüber. Erholung findet man hier in der großen Badewanne, in der Sauna oder auf den bequemen Liegestühlen im Garten bei schönem Wetter. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Ferienhausanlage, die zum Spazierengehen einlädt.
