"We felt mislead by the pictures on Expedia. It looked amazing and it said it was a 4 star resort. It was neither. We literally looked for other hotels to move to in the middle of the night because they had a pool party that was so noisy. The room was absolutely horrendous. The suite had two levels. The living floor’s ac did not work and they could not fix it. The lower level felt like a dungeon. The only positive is that the front desk people (we dealt with two) were nice and tried their best.
