"This is a lovely property just off the coast of North Wales. Quiet, comfortable and very well equipped. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin make for a comfortable family break. The wood burner in the living room provides a great atmosphere. The owner provides a beautiful welcome pack with wine, bread, milk and snacks."

Spacious Three Bedroom Holiday Cottage Near Criccieth | Dulwyn
10/10 Excellent
"We had such a fantastic holiday. The house is very well positioned for everything - mountains, loads of beaches and coastal walks, not far from shops, but in a stunning rural location with no noise or light pollution, so the stars were amazing. The house itself is very spacious and well equipped and the lovely garden is huge. We all felt very at home, and will be back! Thank you so much for all the goodies upon arrival, and the surprise gift at the end, too. "
"The property was ok but in desperate need of some TLC. It was clearly lovely when first done up but it's now quite neglected. It was clean but the bedding was still damp. The courtyard is small and unusable as it is so ridiculously overgrown with blackberry brambles and privet. Needs chopping back and the paving cleaning. The gate latch is hanging off, the parking space is covered in weeds and long grass. The TV remote doesn't work properly and the volume is stuck on loud. The TV signal is poor. We couldn't get a mobile phone signal in the property and there is no WiFi. The WiFi and TV weren't a problem for us as we were planning on having a totally relaxing break, doing lots of walking and reading. Sadly we couldn't use the outside area to relax in. The windows were covered in brambles making it quite dark and dingy inside. There are no pavements on the roads around the property so walking the dogs was quite treacherous. The positives are the location. A short drive to the beach, an Aldi and Asda 5 mins drive away. Pwhelli had very little to offer as a seaside town but there's a Wetherspoons. There are some lovely towns and beaches within an hour's drive. Abersoch and Aberdaron. The issues we encountered were reported in previous reviews over a few years and still nothing has improved. "
"The house is cosy, clean and quiet. We loved the big dining table, wood burners and comfy beds. Fantastic garden with good bird life, lawns to play on and shrubs to hide Easter eggs in!"
"Amazing cottage. Wood burner and Aga worked great, the bathroom is modern and the beds are comfortable. Very secluded and peaceful.
Only downside - the TV didn’t work. Not sure why and it’s minor. "
