"Towels are old, there’s sticky stuff on the surfaces, were not cleaned at all, the bathroom sink was not clean, toilet was also not cleaned properly, the sliding door to the patio was opened when i got to my room, TV was old and barely works, the AC works good at least and the hot shower. Staff were nice."

"We got room with balcony. It was great. Full spacious room. The bathroom was good size. The room thermostat doesn’t work so if your cold- use extra blanket and there is no kettle in the room so I kept going to the reception to get hot water to drink whenever I needed. Otherwise the staffs were excellent. The buffet was good too. Enjoyed my stay here thank you!"

"Fabulous stay, had read some reviews and was a little concerned. Close to the playa de palma with all the bars and restaurant.The area around the hotel was quiet with a great spar supermarket selling freshly made sandwiches. The breakfast was great so much choice from a full english to cereals, fruit, cheese and ham. The room was lovely nice and clean with a really comfortable double bed. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Beach view was amazing on the 8th floor. There’s only one elevator, so we always took the stairs (saw it as a workout because of all the food we ate in Mallorca lol)"
