  • The luxurious finca SUN CLUB home-Mallorca is located about five minutes outside of Llucmajor at the foot of the Randa mountain and enchants with a wonderful view of the monastery and the surrounding mountains. It takes about 15 minutes to the airport and about 25 minutes to the lively island capital Palma. The Finca SUN CLUB home-Mallorca is the ideal starting point for island excursions. In the immediate vicinity there are 3 golf courses (Son Gual, Son Antem, Majoris) and the popular bike route. The beautiful natural beach "Es Trenc" is about 25 kilometers away and the beaches of Playa de Palma can be reached within 15 minutes. Equipment highlights:

The house has about 80m2 + 40m2 covered terrace with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms en suite + outdoor shower, fully equipped modern kitchen, living / dining room with fireplace.

Wundervolle, moderne Finca mit riesigem Grundstück

Wir - Familie mit Kind und Hund - hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der tollen Finca in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Finca ist modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Für uns besonders wichtig (Kleinkind im Frühling) war die Heizung (vorhanden in allen Räumen, zusätzlich zum Kamin) und das komplett umzäunte großzügige Grundstück (Hund). Die Buchung, Abstimmung und der Empfang mit Claudia Haas war einfach super und nett. Es war an alles gedacht und sogar ein paar kleine Willkommensgeschenke lagen bereit für den perfekten Start in den Urlaub. Die Lage der Finca ist super für Ausflüge (Palma, Randa, oder ans Meer z.B. Platja de Trenc); in der Nachbarschaft gibt es sehr viele andere Hunde auf den jeweiligen Grundstücken - was uns aber nicht direkt negativ eingeschränkt hat (auch Nachts war in der Woche nur sporadisch mal Gebell zu hören und meist alles sehr ruhig und entspannt). Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können die Finca und den Kontakt ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen.

Das war ein schöner Urlaub

Wieder waren wir auch dieses Jahr im Februar auf Mallorca und haben von Familie Haas eine Finca Angemietet..Claudia und Steffen Haas sind ausgesprochen Gastfreundich. Die Finca befindet sich in einem Topzustand und man fühlt sich gleich heimisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich ganz in der Nähe und sind mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Also,wir kommen bestimmt wieder und bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich auf diesem Wege bei Claudia und Steffen Haas. Ganz liebe Grüße von Rügen, nach Mallorca, Antje und Willi

Mega toller und entspannter Urlaub in wunderschöner Atmosphäre 😍

Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Finca ist ruhig in Llucmajor gelegen und bietet a l l e Annehmlichkeiten. Die ruhige Lage wird dadurch super, weil man in 3 Autominuten diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht und in wenigen fahrminuten am Strand, in Palma oder den bekannten Partymeilen der Insel ist. Die eigentlich aber beste Eigenschaft an der Location sind die Gastgeber: hier wird an alles gedacht , damit man sich wie zuhause fühlt - sunclub home ist hier wörtlich zu nehmen. Frau Haas pflegt den persönlichen Kontakt - toll! Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind (1,5 Jahre ) für 10 Tage in der Finca. Der Platz war mehr als ausreichend, der Pool größer als es die Bilder erhoffen ließen und die Ausstattung gehoben. Alles ist sauber, modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das zugehörige Grundstück ist weitläufig und toll angelegt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Eine schöne Finca am Ortsrand von Llucmajor

Die Finca hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist gut in Schuss, hat eine super Lage (Ortsmitte Llucmajor 5min von Tür zu Tür) und einen wunderbaren Außenbereich mit schönem Pool und Außendusche. Auch innen ist alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen ist die Finca evtl etwas klein, für 2-3 Personen aber ideal. Auch die Vermietung erfolgte reibungslos und bei einem Problem wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Finca und Lage laden rund um zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen ein!

Wir haben es sehr genossen, hier unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Weg vom Tourismus ist man dennoch mit dem Auto in einer viertel Stunde in Palma. Auch die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet: sehr nett, hilfsbereit, immer zu erreichen und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Die Finca ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sie ist sauber und sowohl innen als auch aussen mit Liebe zum Details ausgestattet. Hier kann man die Ruhe geniessen und stört zugleich auch keine Nachbarn wenn man mal für etwas mehr Unterhaltung sorgt. Zudem sind die Vermieter sehr freundlich und sorgen dafür, dass die Besucher eine stets intakte Finca vorfinden.

Schöne, ruhige und empfehlenswerte Oase auf Mallorca

Wir haben in der Finca eine wirklich schöne Zeit verbracht. Einfach alles hat gestimmt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, alles funktoniert bestens, es ist sauber, das Umfeld stimmt, es ist eine äußerst angenehme Atmosphäre und was für uns sehr wichtig ist, es ist ruhig. Es kann auch mal spät werden, weil man weiß, am nächsten Tag kann man ausschlafen, ohne gestört zu werden. Ein großes Kompliment an Frau Haas, die nette Vermieterin, die sich um uns. bestens gekümmert hat.

Ein unvergesslicher, wundervoller Urlaub in der Sun Club Home Villa

Wir haben eine Woche in der Sun Club Villa verbracht. http://www.sunclubhome.com/villa/ Unsere wundervolle und wirklich nette Gastgeberin Frau Haas hatte uns grossartigerweise von der Finca auf die Villa upgegradet. So durften wir eine Woche auf dem unfassba schönen Anwesen mit riesigem Grundstück, toller Auffahrt inkl. elektrischem Tor, und sehr luxuriöser Villa mit vier Schlafzimmer verbringen. Die Villa wurde gerade erst im Juni fertig gestellt mit absoluter liebe zum Detail! Alles ist sehr modern, trotzdem wahnsinnig gemütlich und es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt! Voll ausgestattet Schlafzimmer inkl. Tv, schminkbereich, Bad en Suite und teilweise eigener Terrasse oder dachterasse. Es gibt eine tolle Küche, in der ich sogar Kuchen backen konnte, Waschmaschine und Trockner und einen wunderschönen Außenbereich mit einem tollen pool, liegen zwei großen Tischen - einer vor dem Haus, einer im BBQ Haus. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen im sun Club Home und ein Urlaub dort ist absolut zu empfehlen, allein schon wegen der sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeberin! Die finca, die wir ursprünglich gebucht haben, habe ich nicht gesehen- sie liegt auf dem nebengrundstück. Somit kann ich hierzu keine Bewertung abgeben.
