Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Patio, pergola, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, air conditioning, washing machine. Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Finca bietet alles, was zu einem erholsamen Urlaub gehört. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es wäre mal eine gründliche Reinigung, vor allem in den Schränke und Ecken, notwendig. Es sollten dringend mal die Polster für Stühle und Liegen erneuert werden, haben wohl schon viel abbekommen. Juan hat sich sehr bemüht und war stets erreichbar. Der Pool war bei der Hitze eine mega Erfrischung.

Traumurlaub in Sa Torre

Wunderbares, rustikales Haus mit großem Grundstück in Sa Torre, nur 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Palma entfernt. Sehr ruhige, dörfliche Umgebung, wenige Touristen. Der Betreuer des Hauses vor Ort ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der Garten mit Pool ist super schön und unser Sohn (2 Jahre) hat sich sehr über das vorhandene Spielzeug gefreut. Leider gibt es in der direkten Nachbarschaft mehrere Hunde, die Tag und Nacht bellen, was uns teilweise den Schlaf geraubt hat. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr und Co) sollte mal überholt werden.

In die Jahre gekommen - ungenutztes Potenzial

Generell hat dieses Haus einen Stil, der uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Leider zeigte sich jedoch vor Ort, dass die Instandhaltung in den letzten Jahren wohl ziemlich vernachlässigt wurde (uralte schwergängige Fenster+Läden, rückwärtige Terrasse ungepflegt, Liegestühle teils defekt, furchtbare Matratzn u.Ä.) Bezüglich der Sauberkeit - die Bäder waren wirklich ok! Der Rest - oberflächlich gewischt würde ich es nennen. Im Kühlschrank, unter Möbeln/Vorhängen zwischen den Außentüren - eher Fehlanzeige.

1 Woche Rennradurlaub mit Freunden

Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter, es hat alles reibungslos geklappt, das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Wir ziehen nur einen Stern von der „Umgebung und Lage“ ab, weil rundum permanent Hunde gebellt haben und wir uns etwas wie im Tierheim gefühlt haben. Ansonsten alles top!

Großzügig geschnittene Unterkunft mit schönem Grundstück, großem und sehr gut gepflegtem Pool sowie Terrassen mit Tisch und 6 Sesseln vor und hinter dem Haus, so dass wir jederzeit draußen einen schattigen oder sonnigen Platz wählen konnten.Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Keine Außendusche.Gehobene, mängelfreie, sehr gepflegte Möblierung und technische Ausstattung des Hauses, ruhige Wohnlage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung für Ausflüge zum Strand und in alle Richtungen. Für 6 Bewohner bestens geeignet! Supermärkte, andere Einkaufs– und Esslokale im Umkreis von weniger als 3 Km, Schwimmbad und Strand ebenfalls. Verwalter (spanisch und englisch) jederzeit per Mail und Handy erreichbar, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, echt Klasse!Grundstück und Haus sind gut gegen unbefugten Zugang und Einbruch gesichert. Reisetipps: Im Haus sind diverse Führer und Prospekte hinterlegt, für jede/n etwas dabei.Aufgrund der Lage eigenes Fahrzeug erforderlich!
