Modern Villa near golf, families friendly - offer last days june-july - Free Wifi

- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Villa with 250sqm in Sa Torre, Llucmajor.  
This modern property has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with double beds (2 Queen size bed and 1 King size bed) and the room left has 2 single beds (90cm wide) All the bedrooms have A/C and also the living room. Dinning room is designed to gather around the family and it has 6 chairs available and wood fireplace, TV satellite and Internet.  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you may need during your vacations.  
Outdoors you will find the private pool 8x4m and 1.10 to 2m deep. There is also 5 hammocks, BBQ, private garden and a 45sqm porch.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.  € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.   
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a cost of 0.25 € / kw. Winter heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

Traumhaus...

Wir haben in diesem Haus einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Miguel ist ein sehr netter und toller Vermieter. Er war für uns stehts erreichbar. Dieses Haus bietet alles was man sich an Luxus wünscht ( Pool, Küche, Einrichtung )Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very spacious modern property with great features.

Located in a quiet area with a great size pool. Plenty of space for children to play around the villa that is secure. Light and airy inside with the master bedroom on the top floor, which has wonderful views. A great bar 15 minutes walk down the road at SITT sports club and 25 mins walk to a couple of restaurants/ bars. A couple of things we thought would make it even better would be a larger bed in the master bedroom as it was only a double and it could easily fit one in. Also a bit more greenery around the villa would have been nice as there is a lot of concrete. Overall though a very relaxing stay.
