Welcome to this charming country house on the outskirts of Llucmajor. It has a private pool and capacity for 4 people.
In the exterior of this wonderful country house you can relax after a day visiting the island. The above-ground chlorine pool measures 7.5 x 3.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.10 to 1.90 meters. The area is completed with sun loungers to bask in the sun, a ping pong table for a bit of fun, a barbecue area to taste delicious grilled meats and vegetables and plenty of space to unwind with the greatest privacy.

The single-storey house offers a rustic and cosy style. The large living-dining-kitchen area is equipped with satellite TV, AC, fireplace, table for 4 and gas cooker and oven. To relax you will find 3 bedrooms with wardrobe and A/C. One has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two have a single bed each. There is another bathroom with bathtub in the house. In the accommodation you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Lastly, a cot and high chair will be at your disposal if you are travelling with your baby.

The house is located among fields with great privacy. Llucmajor is about 7 km away, a Majorcan town with deep-rooted traditions where you will also find all the necessary services for your stay. Moreover, the most wonderful beaches on the island, such as sa Ràpita, Cala Pi or es Trenc, are very close.

Fantástica villa, ideal para familias, ya que hay mucho que hacer. Las camas son cómodas y la villa estaba limpia, la piscina era fantástica. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos, el aire acondicionado era muy necesario. Lo único que diríamos es que es extremadamente rural, y llegar a la villa implicaba conducir dos millas por un camino de tierra, por lo que no sería adecuado si no se alquila un coche. El coste de la electricidad parecía muy caro, esto nos costó 80 € por 6 días, sin embargo, esto se mencionó en el anuncio. Lo único que diríamos es que nos pidieron que nos lleváramos toda la basura con nosotros, lo que resultó ser difícil y no se mencionó en el anuncio. El propietario fue muy amable y servicial y la empresa que anuncia la propiedad fue muy servicial y rápida en responder. En general, sin duda nos hospedaríamos aquí de nuevo.

Mitigé

Oui mitigé : le positif : Très jolie maison dans une grande propriété. Superbe piscine. L'accueil des propriétaires est très correct et aimable. La propreté de la maison est irréprochable (vraiment agréable, on se sent à l'aise tout de suite). Il ne manque rien au niveau équipement dans la maison et extérieur (à part un lave vaisselle ). Le négatif : Hélas. la maison manque cruellement de clim. la seule clim présente dans le salon fonctionne ne rafraichie pas suffisamment la pièce et donc encore moins la maison. La chaleur dans la maison est épouvantable notamment la nuit (dommage). Autre point négatif : l'accès à la propriété, mieux vaut avoir un véhicule tout terrain ou SUV adapté car il y a environ 8 minutes de chemin de terre caillouteux et poussiéreux pour rejoindre la maison (très pénible a la longue si on ne reste pas à la propriété). Attention pour les citadins la maison est à la campagne !!! voila pourquoi un avis mitigé
