"Staff were apathetic. Not service oriented. Called about NO LIGHT BULB in our lamp. Desk said theyd tell someone. 3day stay and no one came to put in a bulb. Dirty carpet. Coffee maker power cord does not reach power strip. Fridge makes ungodly noise. Walls and doors had holes. Mold in shower ceiling. "
