The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star . The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. This is the first ever negative review I have left, im so laid back but we would gave checked out early if there had been other accommodation available in the area.
