Eirlys is in a very quiet location on a 7 acre rural smallholding within 1 mile of local shops, post office, garage, pub and 18 hole golf course/driving range.

From Eirlys you can explore the varied coastal scenery of Cardigan Bay, walk the local section of the Wales Coast Path, and visit the many pretty little villages and towns on the coast and inland.

To the north, Aberystwyth (10 miles) offers a wide selection of entertainment, restaurants, pubs, theatres and cinemas. To the south, Aberaeron (9 miles) is a very attractive Georgian town with a picturesque harbour and superb restaurants.

Visit the National Trust estate of Llanerchaeron, Tregaron Bog nature reserve and Teifi Pools, the ancient Strata Florida Abbey, Devil's Bridge and much more.
