"The property was a nice size and cute rustic build.We couldn't get warm however they heater provided wasn't very good luckily we had throws with us as there wasn't any provided for extra warmth. The smart TV was useless as it wasn't connected to the internet and despite accessing settings to input password it still didn't work and we had no ariel for even basic channels.The outside bathroom was freezing and had no sufficient light, to use shower.There was a smell in cabin and a layer of dust...

(We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. "The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."
