We checked into the hotel minutes after Spain's 2025 nationwide "Blackout". Hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us with no telephones, computers, pay terminals, - or lights. With no elevator, staff insisted on carrying our bags to the 3rd floor and getting us settled in. Power came back on the following morning. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. This hotel is a 1 minute walk from the SdC Cathedral and in the center of "Old Town". We HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Paz y sosiego

El hotel es muy cómodo, la zona de desayunos mirando al jardín es magnífica, son elaboraciones propias. El personal es muy atento. Las camas maravillosas. Mucho silencio, estás en una finca alejada del mundanal ruido. Un acierto elegir este alojamiento.

Sitio Ideal para usarlo como lugar para partir hacia lugares cercanos a pasar el día. Todo el personal de hotel están muy pendientes de cada detalle y ayudan en lo que le solicites. Un entorno ideal. Desayunos y cenas perfectas. Carta de momento corta pero de muy buena calidad.

En general la estancia ha sido muy buena, destacando sobre todo el trato recibido y las recomendaciones del personal de recepción en cuanto a qué hacer y qué visitar por la zona. El estado de la habitación era bueno, y la limpieza diaria también eran buenas. En cuanto a la ubicación,decir que es una zona tranquila e ideal para desplazarse a visitar otras zonas puesto que estaba muy cerca de la autovía.

Muy agradable y enriquecedor

El Hotel Pugide aporta la tranquilidad ideal para una estancia tranquila y relajada, y si el plan es meramente turístico, está cerca de localizaciones imprescindibles como pueden ser Covadonga, Ribadesella, Santillana del Mar... Todo aquel que se hospede no debe dudar en pedir recomendaciones a los dueños, muy agradables dicho sea de paso, ya que no dudan en señalar nuevas rutas o caminos para hacer más enriquecedora la estancia por la zona. El servicio es muy bueno, con desayunos destacados y la opción de disfrutar de una cena ligera por si se llega al hotel cansado después de todo el día y no apetece salir fuera. En definitiva, una estancia muy agradable, siendo el ambiente y la ubicación un añadido a unas buenas vacaciones.

OK place but weird management

Hard to find despite being only 50m from main road - a sign would help. Staff decidedly unfriendly, no smiles or eye contact. At breakfast we had to decide between a slice of tortilla or cake before being served. Strange place but excellent cider house/restaurant just round the corner in the village.

Hotel en entorno natural

Establecimiento pequeño pero muy agradable. Personal muy atento tanto en recepción como en la cafetería . Ideal para vacaciones de rutas por el entorno. En mi caso llovió y no he podido disfrutar del entorno. Está un poco escondido para ir sin gas. Muy recomendable.
