This wonderful chalet, located on a private, fully enclosed estate of over 2,000 m², offers an ideal layout for enjoying every room and contemplating nature from any corner of the house.
The ground floor features a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace and direct access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious entrance hall, an adapted bathroom with a shower tray, and a bedroom that integrates a library and a desk, with beautiful views and exterior access.
The other three bedrooms are distributed on the upper floor: one of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two more have single beds. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.
The exterior is a true privilege: a barbecue area, parking space, and a fabulous garden surrounded by trees and stunning views.
**Casa Vaqueiro** enjoys a strategic location in Andrín, one of the most beautiful villages in Eastern Asturias. Just 1.5 km from Andrín beach and next to the golf course, the area offers a wide variety of coastal and mountain routes, as well as museums, an aquarium, a theater, festivals, and gastronomy recognized as among the best in Spain.
The house is designed to be enjoyed with family or friends, to completely disconnect, and to let yourself be enveloped by the pleasure of contemplating the greenery that surrounds it.

The area and the property are both beautiful, and it was wonderful to have a huge, secure and secluded garden. We had a warm welcome from Gabriel and everything we needed on a practical level - living space, bathrooms, wifi, parking, washer, dryer and dishwasher. It was lovely to open the doors straight onto the garden and eat outside. We could walk to the beach or over the headlands straight from the house, and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you!
This house (or should I say duplex) was okay, and the price was decent. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO's, but this was not our favorite. To be fair, there just was not much in this area to choose from. The AC was good, the bed was better than most hotel beds, the bath towels were very good, and the toilet had the elongated toilet which we appreciated. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was not the best, the driveway had room for two cars but there was a car parked in one of the two spots, so we were not able to use the second spot. Since we had multiple people staying here for a family reunion, that was a bit of a disappointment. The front door latch was installed backwards, the ice maker and water on the door of the fridge did not work, the kitchen was not as stocked as I was expecting. But it gave us a good place to sleep for the reunion, and we were thankful for that.
