La vivienda se encuentra en la aldea de Piedra a escasos 3km de las playas mas importantes del Concejo de Llanes y a un km de la carretera que sube a Picos de Europa.
Enclave tranquilo y rural donde disfrutar con la familia en una propiedad cerrada sobre si.
