Property is fabulous for big family gatherings. Location is beautiful. Setting is peaceful and so relaxing. Close to Llandeilo, shops, walks etc. couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Beautiful quiet location with lovely views. Cottage was clean and spacious. Three bedrooms had their own staircase. Kitchen was well stocked, had two ovens and plenty of seating. The plumbing needed attention as was quite noisy. The only suggestion is to have mattress toppers as three of our group found the beds quite hard.
More than happy with everything this property offered although the WiFi wasn't the best but I cant really fault it considering we were in the depths of Wales. If I had one critique it would be that I booked through Vrbo and expected to get all the info I required through Vrbo however the arrival instructions were distributed through a 3rd party site (cottages.com) which wasn't made apparent until I searched around a little. Otherwise excellent property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stunning quiet rural location, lovely views.
Stunning quiet rural location, lovely views. We were a party of 4 so loads of space. Very comfortable cottage and a very helpful caretaker. Our only issues were that some of the kitchen equipment is showing signs of age and we did need to use the immersion heater to ensure supply of hot water - but this worked perfectly well and the showers were absolutely fine. We would definitely return. In view of Covid, we ate in the cottage and did not really use the local amenities so cannot comment. We did however go on some spectacular walks (despite the rain!).

The break was for my father in laws 70th birthday and as an extended family break with young children, we absolutely loved it! The house is incredible, bigger for real than in the pictures and we love how the bedrooms come off different rooms like a maze. Immaculate and stunning location. Only slight complaint is in a couple of bedrooms, hot water from the main tap was coming out cold but that is literally the only small drawback we had.

Lovely location with nice walks.
Lovely location with nice walks. There were a few issues with doors not properly closing to be locked, can opener not working, oven not working with a knob falling off and shower downstairs not staying on. Overall the location was brilliant and very comfy beds. Thank you for the great stay.

We had a great week at Y Stabl, enjoying the comfort and space of this lovely property.
We had a great week at Y Stabl, enjoying the comfort and space of this lovely property. On arrival, we had some difficulties with aspects of the property, but the caretaker was quick to come round and put them right.
The general standard of comfort was high, but many of the door locks were stiff, suggesting a lack of maintenance. The picnic bench and table were rather tired-looking and there was a shortage of some items in the kitchen, such as any means of making fresh coffee and not enough mugs.
The kitchen could do with a couple of bigger pans, as cooking for 8-10 requires them.
Thank you for bringing a second fridge, as the one available was soon full.

Thanks for a lovely stay - very luxurious cottage.
Thanks for a lovely stay - very luxurious cottage. Slightly odd lay out, and bedroom arrangement - so the larger bedrooms had twin beds, which the children used, with adults in smaller double rooms! A small issue with Wifi not working for the first few days, but this was resolved half way through the holiday.
