It is a good base for touring with numerous attractions and the coast within easy driving distance. The scenery is spectacular with mountain peaks, wooded valleys, gorges, lakes and open moorland. Explore the area by bike or on horseback. Visit the National Botanic Garden of Wales, the Garden of Aberglasney and Gelli Aur Country Park, National Trust House situated at Dinefwr Park, at nearby Llandeilo. Shops and restaurants 3 miles, pub 2½ miles.
