"A very old traditional English pub, very busy with local villagers, warm and welcoming, children, parents, dogs. Local ales on tap. Food was of traditional fare, lovely breakfast, service was excellent. Actual room, comfortable enough though needs updating."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Royston. We both opted in for the 3 course dinner and the food was excellent. Worth staying in a wet Welsh evening. We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss. Lovely small touches like fresh homemade cookies in the room , great full cooked fry up in the morning. Great sized room , with en suite . "
