Enjoy a refined stay in this spacious ground-floor apartment set in a private villa with its own fenced garden. Ideal for families or groups of up to 6, the home features 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 king bed), 2 bathrooms, and a bright living and dining area with an extendable sofa (queen bed). A fully equipped kitchen, free parking, and a quiet neighborhood ensure effortless comfort, while Ljubljana’s city center is just a pleasant 15-minute walk or a short bus ride away. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Start your mornings with great coffee using your choice of a Nespresso machine, stove-top moka pot, or filter coffee maker, and enjoy a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials for easy home cooking.

Relax in the bright living and dining area with TV and ample seating, unwind in one of two modern bathrooms, and make use of the washer, dryer, and ironing facilities for longer stays. Step outside to the fully fenced private garden with a covered terrace and BBQ—perfect for relaxed evenings.

Well-behaved pets are warmly welcome at no extra cost. To help us maintain the home’s high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we kindly ask that pets are not allowed on the furniture.

You’ll be staying in a carefully maintained home that is personally hosted and looked after by the owner, not a management company.

The apartment has its own private entrance, ensuring privacy and a relaxed, independent stay.

When you book, the entire apartment is exclusively yours—there are no shared indoor spaces. The garden is shared only with the owner and is available for quiet enjoyment.

One on-site parking space is provided for a standard-sized car, and we’ll gladly show you where to park upon arrival. Additional or larger vehicles can be parked on the street. Street parking is paid Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 19:00 and free outside these hours, on weekends, and on public holidays. Several EV charging spots are also available nearby.

This is a privately hosted home rather than a hotel, so daily cleaning is not provided. However, fresh bed linens, towels, or an interim cleaning can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee if desired.

Please note that the local tourist tax is payable upon arrival in cash only (€3.13 per adult per night, €1.57 per child per night; children up to 7 years are exempt).

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional charge.

Slovenia Gem

Spent three nights at this lovely little gem. Stasha was such a great help and left us alone to enjoy her beautiful porch and backyard at the end of our daily ventures. Truly a wonderful host and beautiful property!

Lovely Stay in Ljubljana

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this property for a week. Having a parking space for our rental car seconds away from the door was greatly appreciated. Easy/quick trip into town via bus. Restaurants in short walkable distance were incredible. Host answered all questions and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location!

This apartment was ideal for our stay. The host’s daughter met us and explained everything and answered our questions. She was very sweet and helpful. The apartment was exactly as advertised - rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is outstanding as it’s a very short 4 minute drive to the city! Overall, very great stay and we would definitely come back if we visit Slovenia again.

Stasa was very responsive to our queries and the yard by the apartment is beautiful, even though we didn’t spend much time in it as we were out and about most of the time. Great water pressure in the showers and lots of hot water. Definitely recommend. Spacious main bedroom and comfortable second bedroom.

Ideal rental in Ljubjiana

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean ground floor apartment minutes outside of city center. Either 20 minute walk or 6 minute car ride (best to park at Kongresni Trg/Congress Square), a block from Presernov Square. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one rather small, other good sized. Beds are comfortable, well equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator. Combo washer/dryer. Nice dining space with large table, comfortable couch. Bathrooms are very clean and updated but with tiny showers only. Dedicated parking space adjacent to home. Just 5 minute walk to Spar grocery store. Stasa is fluent in multiple languages, greets you there upon arrival, then provides you with complete quiet and privacy.

Perfect place for our family

This place was just perfect. It was beautiful, clean, and she had provided everything we might need. The communication was excellent and the place was roomy and great for the 6 of us. We really enjoyed it and would definitely rent from her again.

Everything about this experience was first class including email communication prior to our visit. The property manager researched my email address to send me a pdf that was easier to print. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood but is close enough to walk to the city center. The apartment is well appointed with 5 options for making coffee/espresso. The electric blinds allowed us to sleep soundly without waking up with the sun. The beds are very comfortable and we will definitely return in the future!

Great stay in a very pleasant location

The flat is on the ground floor of a very pleasant house with a large garden. It is completely renewed and very well equiped. It's very well situated what ever you want to do: go by foot in the old center town or escape the town with a car. Last but not least the owner is very nice.

We loved our stay in Stasa’s apartment. The location is good (20 minutes walk from the old town and 5 minutes from the main highways): perfect place to stay if you have a car and want to visit Ljubljana, the caves, Bled and Piran. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. It has a nice garden and free parking. Also the host was very flexible and accommodating with check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Our visit to Ljubljana

Nice house with a fully equipped kitchen , , large yard with outdoor table , free parking in a nice quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to the grocery store. Our host Stasi was super nice, and always available.Ljubljana a short driving distance away, we enjoyed a lazy relaxing riverboat road, the town squares with many cafés, shopping, and the castle visit.

Fantastic property

This was such a great location and great place. Plenty of room, two bathrooms, everything you could need and blessedly, air conditioning. Stasa is a lovely host, well prepared, detailed, available for questions and prompt responses. Everything was in good repair, beds were comfortable, place was quiet. Easy walk to downtown. Price was quite reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great two-week stay at Stasa’s place. The unit is spacious and equipped with everything we needed, especially for us who prepared meals for several days. Special kudos to Stasha for equipping the unit for what is needed and not with stuff she no longer needs in her house. We also slept like babies as the area is very quiet, the bed extremely comfortable. and the electric shutters that cut ALL exterior lights. Also, the internet was fast and reliable.The communication with Stasa was very easy and she readily helped us in different ways. We would not hesitate a second to go back to her place.

Lovely semi-basement flat in a quiet neighbourhood

The flat was well-equipped and very comfortable for two couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. With sensible management of the blinds, the flat stayed pleasantly cool, despite the 30 degree heat outside. It's perfectly walkable into town, or to the Tivoli Gardens (where we went to take refuge from the sun!). A great base from which to explore Ljubljana. Stasa was really helpful, and we ate twice at a local restaurant she recommended.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. We wanted somewhere we could park the car and an outside area.It is a nice walk into the city centre through the park. Really quiet and great place to relax after sight seeing. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

Très belles prestations à proximité du centre de Ljubljana

Très bon séjour, un logement spacieux conforme au descriptif, confortable, avec tout le nécessaire sur place pour un court séjour. Stasa notre hôte parle français ce qui est appréciable, et sait se rendre disponible , tout en restant discrète. Nous recommandons fortement cette location !
