"We had a great stay at villa Lucia, we where met by the owner who showed us around, the property has an abundance of period features and is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, it has a lovely pool and terrace with a mature well maintained garden. It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. The hot tub was broken the whole time we were there they said they could drain the water and replace but wouldn’t be ready for two days because it has to have time to warm up. "Paolo’s property was perfect for me and my family. It is clean, spacious and very well presented. It is a perfect location for exploring the Garfagnana region and close to plenty of local amenities. "Well equipped, pleasant and well located (near town, far enough to be quiet). Parking is behind secure gates (but its Barga, so you can leave your keys in), shielded from the house by trees.
