  • Villa Maggie is situated in the tranquil village of Sisan, just 6 km from Pula on the Istrian Peninsula. The house features a 24 m² swimming pool and is located 4 km from the nearest beach. There are many interesting places to explore within a 5-30 km radius.

    The house (approximately 200 m²) offers a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, four bedrooms on two floors, and a spacious attic. There's also a laundry room, a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, and two additional toilets.

    Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included. Towels and linens are provided and replaced for stays longer than 7 days. The minimum stay is 7 days, with guest turnover on Saturdays.

    Within a short distance from the house, you'll find a bar, a grocery store, and a restaurant. There's a bus stop 50 meters away, and a bike-friendly road in front of the house. Nearby, there are golf courses, volleyball courts, and beaches. The Brijuni Islands National Park is about 15 kilometers away.

Sehr nette Vermieterin und das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und gut eingerichtet Es.bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir haben sehr schöne und erholsame 2 Wochen dort verbracht. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der REgion.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist gross und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig. Wir waren mit 7 Personen vor Ort und man hatte mehr als ausreichend Platz. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns regelmäßig über Veranstaltungen informiert und uns sehr gute Ausflugsziele genannt. Dieses Haus und dessen Vermieterin können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Enjoyable vacation in a nice villa!

We visited Villa Maggie for 2 weeks with a family consists of three generations (6 adults and 3 children). The size of the villa was perfect for us, with 4 bedrooms (in addition there was a living room that could be used as a bedroom), 4 bathrooms (two of those with shower / tub). Most of the evenings we sat outside, we cooked food in the kitchen and on the barbeque. The pool was great and had an outdoor shower where water was heated by the sun. Good standard both indoors and outdoors, clean, well equipped kitchen, internet/wifi was good, a big tv screen with many channels and a well functioned air condition. Zorika came by to change beddings and towels after one week. Sisan (500 meters away) is a friendly little village with a small grocery store, sports pub and two cafes / pubs on the square. A small shop sells fresh baked goods in the morning, and a local bistro serves good food (I recommend the coffee). A nearby hotel has a nice restaurant. A local farmer even came by the house every other day to sell vegetables. There was a local vinery 300 meters away where you can taste their wines (recommended: trapan.hr). The bus went from Sisan to Medulin and Pula every hour, which we used a lot. We travelled to Konzum in Pula to shop for food and drink (convenient to have a car for this). The sandy beach of Medulin was great for young children (shallow water, inflatable "playgrounds", pedal boats, etc) and you can rent sun loungers for the whole day. It had a nice promenade with lots of restaurants and tourist shops Pula is a bigger city for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. And a good starting point for boat trips to Venice, Rovinj or day trips to the islands nearby. The airport was just a 10-15 min drive away. Zorika warmly welcomed us with complementary vegetables and wine and was very nice and helpful during the stay, and even drove us to the airport when we (sadly) were going home. Thank you for a great stay, Zorica!

SUPERBE VILLA !!!!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine à 2 familles de 3 enfants chacune. Villa super bien équipée, très propre, les propriétaires disponibles et à l'écoute ! Il faut juste prévoir un étendoir pour les serviettes de plage et piscine le petit ne suffit pas du tout quand nous sommes 10. Merci Zorika, tu as été géniale. et peut être à bientôt. Cindy

Superbe villa !

Très bonne villa ! Bien située, piscine superbe ! La propriétaire à été très sympathique. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème de voisinage malgré le bruit que nous faisions. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, avec un temps magnifique !
