Beautiful sunsets on the lake, spectacular views from prime north-east location

Enjoy 50 feet of beautiful private lake frontage at this 3 bedroom 2 full bath year-round home on Conesus Lake. The water is shallow at the break wall and becomes gradually deeper to a depth of approximately 4 to 5 feet at the end of the dock. Perfect for swimming with small children, weed mats keep the water free of weeds. Roast marshmallows and make s'mores at the fire pit. Dine outdoors on the huge deck with sweeping views of the entire northern half of the lake. A gas grill with full propane tank is provided. There are also 4 kayaks with life jackets available for guest use.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, and a working fireplace in the living room. Upstairs you will find a full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining area with seating for 6-8, living room with a gas fireplace and queen-sized sleeper sofa, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second has a twin over full bunk bed. Please note that the top bunk is intended for children only and not recommended for adults.

Downstairs you will find a second full bathroom with standing shower, a second kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area and a third bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a washer/dryer, flat screen TV, and Roku. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the house.

We do not charge any fees for extra guests or to dock your boat. This is a self-cleaning rental. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Bed linens and kitchen/bath towels are included in the weekly rate and will be laundered by the host after guest departure.

Great week on the lake!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was clean and comfortable. The view and access to the lake were amazing. Having access to the kayaks was an added bonus. We would definitely stay at this location again and recommend to friends!

Beautiful lake view

Cottage is warm and comfortable, close to restaurants with a view of the lake right on top of the water that is incredible. Owner was terrific to work with, very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Lakefront Getaway

Everything about this rental was top notch. The home was great! With 2 familes we were able to have our own spaces never feel crowded. Having the lake right off our deck was great. Jas allowed us to tie up our boat to the dock as well.

Jas is a super host. She communicated well and told us to contact her before and during our stay if we had questions. Property location is awesome. The large deck and fire pit were a nice bonus. Checking in and out was a breeze. Sheets and pillows were soft and comfy.

Beautiful sunsets

Great property with everything that you need. We loved hanging out on the large deck and around the fire pit at night making s’mores and looking at the beautiful sunset, and floating and swimming from the dock during the day. Boat launch was just a few minutes drive from the house. Communication with owner was great.

Great Lakehouse!

The house was the perfect place for our night away! We had 1 couple and 2 other adults and we have plenty of space plus some! The weather held out for us to be able to enjoy the deck in the evening with the fire table. And we had the great pleasure of the sky clearing for us to be able to photograph the northern lights! Would stay again. House was clean and has all the amenties we needed!

Lovely time

Communication with Jas was amazing! She answered all my questions. The house was lovely, exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the deck. Location was convenient to picking up guests from the Rochester airport, it was a bit of a drive to some othe the locations at the east side of the lakes, but we knew it would be. Definitely enjoyed our time in the Finger Lakes region.

Water access

Enjoyable however water access was difficult since there was no ladder or easy method to get into and out of the water since high breaker wall. Otherwise it was great location and the property and cottage/house was well maintained.

Best views

We had a nice visit at this property. The sunsets were gorgeous, we have never stayed on this side of the lake. The house was as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings were nice, the flooring could be updated. I liked we could book for a few nights vs. a whole week. The driveway is steep. Jas was responsive in all communication.

Annual Sisters Weekend

We had a wonderful time. Directions and entering the house was easy. Everything was as described. It was only 2 of us this year. The Queen beds were pretty comfy -we did not use the bunk beds. The views from the upstairs living room are really nice and the sitting on the outside deck is great! we did not go out in the evening to use the fireplace, but I am sure it would be great! Kitchen is well equipped - only used upstairs. Great location for access to surrounding activities - easy ride to Letchworth State Park and all the small towns in the area!

Everything you need for a great lake vaca

This home is clean and comfortable! The deck was a favorite place to relax and enjoy! We brought a movie projector and watched movies on the deck....Great memories! The dock made boating a breeze! Everything you need to cook is here. Pots and pans, bowls, utensils, and there are even water pitchers in the refrigerator. If we needed the host they were very prompt in helping! Thank you! We had a great week! My only recommendation is a night light in the downstairs bathroom :) Diana Flow (Re/Max Titanium).
