Debra and Guido run an amazing show with attention to detail and always with a solution. Even a request for some special food for our furry four legged was so promptly dealt with! Warmth every where. Seham and Hermano in the restaurant and bar were always there with a smile. And if you want a view...ask for room 28!"

"Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean

Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea addicts we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian. We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store! Nevertheless we would definitely stay again. "

"We had a one night stay during a tour of northern Italy. For the price we were very impressed and felt it necessary to write this review. It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little indoor pool (that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. We also loved the breakfast....
