The Baltic Hotel
Uncomfortable bed that dipped. Refused to serve breakfast as claimed pre order required. Pre order requirement was not referenced on website on in hotel breakfast advertisments or at point of booking in. Would not even serve a coffee while i waited for nearby cafe to open.

The Mill Hotel & Spa
bedding and towels all very clean but the room it’s self needed a deep clean, dust everywhere, if you moved the bed the dust was thick, hadn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time.
