"Despite reminders, check in details weren't provided until after our arrival in Cyprus, stressful! The flat was very clean except for some cobwebs high up in the lounge. The balcony is a good size but there was no sun on it.There was 1 (very skinny) pillow each - no spares in either room. Two of the 4 of us had stiff necks during our stay. The sheets were not fitted, were too small for the single beds and could not be tucked under the mattress. This meant that they bunched up in the bed...

"There are four apartments in this complex, all looking out to the beautiful pool deck. Each apartment has it's own patio with table and chairs, again overlooking the lovely pool. It is a few minutes walk to a black sand, shallow beach. Nice, white beaches can be reached at Agia Napa or Proteras within a 20 minute drive. The pool was always clean and warm. The apartments are located about 10 minutes from the city of Larnaca and are generally pretty quiet. There were some dogs in the neighborhood...

"Sandy Beach is bright, welcoming, impeccably managed, and exceptionally clean. Its thoughtful design features fresh, open interior and exterior spaces that create a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The guest rooms are spotless and noticeably larger than those typically found in many European hotels. The pools are pristine and beautifully maintained, and the beachfront is simply irresistible. The complimentary breakfast is truly exceptional, offering three extensive buffet stations. Weekly highlights include complimentary wine tasting, which provides an enjoyable introduction to the remarkable quality and diversity of Cypriot wines and evening entertainment including the lively and colorful Cyprus Night with its energetic traditional folk dancers. Over the years, we have stayed at many of the neighboring hotels. What keeps bringing us back to Sandy Beach Hotel, year after year, is its genuinely warm atmosphere and its remarkable staff. Many of them have been with the hotel for years, and their honesty, kindness, and unwavering dedication make them feel more like family than hotel employees. They greet every guest with a smile and consistently go above and beyond to make each stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. "Very helpful staff, and a pleasant stay in a great location for those with a rental car and wishing to venture to other parts of the island. A very well facilitated room with loads of storage space, hooks and a fridge and very comfortable beds. Very good shower and bathroom facilities. A very well sized and quiet rooftop pool, which unfortunately closes at 5pm for cleaning. The pool was very clean and peaceful. A basic breakfast which is more than adequate and the service by the staff was swift and very helpful. All the staff were very attentive and helpful with whatever query or request. A hypermarket is situated about 300m from the hotel."

"The suites were very spacious and big enough for a family of four. The showers are a little small though. The balcony of the apartment was huge and with a big enough table for 6 or more. The facilities were good. Everything you could want. The whole complex is lovely and the kids loved the pools. It wasn’t full when we were there but think it would feel very busy if it was. The thing that lets it down is the outside area. The exit off the main road is uneven and not even a proper road as the buildings either side are not finished. It’s only about 25 metres but you have to drive slowly. The area of the complex is a little remote as it is on the outskirts of Oroklini. A car is a definite requirement to get around as you can’t really walk to anywhere. On the whole we had a fab time. It suited us as a family of 11 and 3 generations."
