I was unable to use reservation due to illness preventing travel; attempts at contacting establishment to inform office of my inability to use room several days prior a disappointment and as such being charged rate with no service received without so much as a room credit for future stay is theft. Airline did a full value voucher for future travel and I would like to request the same from Marriot . A response from management would be appreciated Robert Hutton 865-660-4659

Consistent quality
This Courtyard is our go-to hotel when visiting family in MA. It is consistently clean, quiet and comfortable. Eileen in the bistro is great!

Convenient and cozy
Very clean and comfortable! The bed was the firmness we prefer and the room was toasty warm despite the bitter weather outside. Many shops and restaurants right nearby.

The hotel is nice, modern, located in a plaza with a large grocery store and many restaurants. The bed was comfy, and there is a choice of pillows. Room has a small microwave and a refrigerator (no freezer). Television channel selection is poor, you will want to use your own streaming service logon info or bring reading material. I was completely dismayed with the state of my bathroom- the tub looked as if it had not been cleaned since the prior guest- a used piece of soap was in the holder, the bottles of soap and shampoo had dried bits at the nozzle ends, the faucet and pipes were covered with water spots, and the tub itself was coated with soap scum. I had a packet of hand wipes, used those to clean the tub, then during the shower realized the hot water was only warm, not hot. I waited another half hour, no change in the water temp. When I checked out the next morning I waited at the front desk to see if I could talk with the on duty front desk st6aff member, however she wished me a good day, did not ask how my stay was, and focused on the incoming UPS driver. I went home and had a shower,

The facility was excellent and our stay was comfortable. However, I didn’t realize that I could have gotten a senior discount until after we checked in. When I asked the front desk about it he said it was too late to get the discount because we had already checked in.😕

Biestro was very small and very expensive. Our breakfast which was (1) egg/homefries/bacon, two coffees, side of homefries, (1) order of 3 slices of french toast, one yogurt, one bottled water, was $49.00 plus a $5.00 tip. We purchased the $12.00 breakfast coupons which only takes $12.00 off your meal, not a free meal. This is something that we wern't expecting and kind of put a damper on the great experience we had.

the front desk service was outstanding. I had difficulty to get Lyft to visit a company not far from the hotel! They offered a ride to attend my meeting! Thanks again.

Easy & friendly check-in. Very clean and spacious room for Mom & my three teenagers. There is no breakfast, only coffee & pastries from starbucks, but in a plaza with a grocery store & other restaurants. We had a delightful 1 night stay, but found an equally clean & fresh accommodation a few miles away for our 2nd night. (and it was $100 less, with a continental breakfast and hot drinks included)

I do sincerely apologize you were not aware of these options during your recent stay. As Marriott Brand, Courtyards do not traditionally have complimentary breakfast unless you make a reservation with breakfast included.
