"Location is the most unique thing about this property. This is located in CP, very close to Rajiv Chowk metro station as well as Shivaji Nagar Stadium Metro Station. Both are within walking distance.

"Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi, is great 5-star hotel, which offers real service.
I was only there for a day but I appreciated how the hotel treated its guests -- be it the front office, the concierge or the coffee shop.
I had requested an early check in and as promised I got one despite checking in earlier than I had initially stated. Thanks very much to their Customer Sales service. "

"Lovely slightly low-key hotel just off Connaught Place. Modest lobby but stylish in a good way. Formal but polite service. Slightly dated room but well-maintained and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, and walkable. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Booked a return trip since I liked it."
"Fantastic hotel and staff. Right from the moment I arrived, they took great care of us. The luggage was moved to our room and the staff explained everything. Room was clean and well maintained. There was a minor issue with the AC in the room not functioning effectively but was remediated soon once a complaint was made. Breakfast was excellent and featured various multi cuisine dishes ranging from South indian to American. Staff was quite friendly and helpful."
