"Check in was confusing to find and the desk appeared to not know we had a room reservation. The registration is actually in another hotel / restaurant half a block away. There is a faded sign on the street with a tiny arrow pointing down for registration. Luckily there was a very helpful maintenance man who walked us to the front desk."
