This professional friendly/staycation 3 bedroom, 2 full bath newly remodeled home, with new flooring, new paint, new cabinets, new porch, etc. This property will be greatly appreciated to whomever resides in it. We will accommodate full unit or single unit guests. Quiet neighborhood environment and This property is close to several restaurants including the local mall, approximately 2 minutes from the University Of Little Rock Campus, 3 minutes from St. Vincent Hospital, approximately 5 minutes to Children’s Hospital, approximately 7 minutes to Baptist Hospital, and approximately 7 minutes to downtown Little Rock. There’s a 150$ cleaning fee and 200 pet fee. Small dogs only
