We have stayed in several of these properties In several states. This is listed as newly remodeled so maybe there haven’t been a lot of occupants yet. Usually you find more things then you would find in a comparable motel and we didn’t find this here. But you can’t beat the location if you have someone in the hospital

Great location for access to UAMS

Overall the property was newly remodeled and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beds upstairs, living down. The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk.
